Refund & Cancellation Policy
STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
All fees paid toward course tracks, technical training programs, enrollment processing, or digital certification at SWIZOSOFT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (A Unit of SWIZOSOFT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. Once payment is initiated or completed, no cash, bank transfer, or card refunds will be issued.
1. Payment Processing Modes & Structure
To ensure convenience and accessibility, SWIZOSOFT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY offers two distinct modes of payment for course enrollments:

Manual Payment Mode (Direct Bank Transfer / UPI):
Students selecting the manual payment option pay strictly the Base Price of the course. No additional gateway fees apply. Manual enrollments require the submission of a valid UTR/Transaction Reference Number and payment proof, which is manually verified by our administrative team before course activation. -
Automated Online Gateway Mode (Razorpay):
Students selecting the automated online checkout via Razorpay pay the Base Course Price plus an additional 5% Platform Convenience Fee. This 5% charge covers automated gateway processing, convenience charges, instant account reconciliation, and secure transaction handling. This platform fee is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation & Non-Transferability
- Once an enrollment is approved or activated, students cannot cancel their registration or request a partial or full refund.
- Course enrollments, login credentials, and certification access are strictly assigned to the individual student and cannot be transferred, substituted, or credited to another student or third party.
3. Accidental Double Payments
In the rare event that a student experiences a technical glitch resulting in an accidental duplicate transaction for the exact same course track, the student must notify administration within 48 hours at sit.swizosoft@gmail.com with payment proofs. Following verification by the finance department, the secondary amount will be adjusted as credit toward future advanced course tracks or certifications. No direct monetary refund will be issued.
4. Termination For Code Violation
If a student's enrollment or portal access is terminated due to academic dishonesty, plagiarism, misrepresentation of identity, or violation of institutional rules, all associated fees are completely forfeited and no refund request will be entertained.
