By registering, accessing, enrolling, or utilizing any course, portal feature, or service provided on this application, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this portal.

1. Account Registration & User Authorization

• Students must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable details, including full name, University Seat Number (USN), official email address, and institutional affiliation.
• Impersonation, creation of fake profiles, or submitting fraudulent information will result in instant account termination and legal action under applicable laws.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Any action performed under an authenticated user session is legally attributed to the registered account holder.

2. Academic Integrity, Conduct & Zero Plagiarism

• Zero Tolerance for Plagiarism: All project ideas, weekly reports, deliverables, and assignments submitted on the portal must be original work. Any copied, plagiarized, or unauthorized submission will result in immediate rejection, cancellation of course credit, and forfeiture of certification.
• Students must maintain regular attendance and submit project deliverables within designated deadlines set by assigned Technical Controllers.
• Respectful conduct must be maintained at all times when communicating with instructors, technical controllers, and administration through grievance and feedback channels.

3. Fee Payments, Billing & No-Refund Governance

• Course fees must be paid in full prior to enrollment confirmation or certificate eligibility.
• Strict No-Refund Rule: All fees paid toward course tracks, technical training, digital platform access, or certification processing are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Payment Processing Modes:
  • Direct Bank Transfer / Manual UPI: Requires exact base course price payment. Verification is conducted manually by the finance department.
  • Razorpay Payment Gateway: Incurs an additional 5% Platform Convenience Fee over the base course price to cover transaction processing and instant automated gateway reconciliation.

4. Evaluation, Certification & Official Documentation

• Certificates of Completion, Tax Invoices, and Official Enrollment Letters are issued digitally and backed by unique verification serial numbers (e.g. Ref No / Certificate ID).
• Certificates are granted strictly upon successful evaluation of project deliverables, attendance requirements, and marks approval by assigned controllers and administrators.
• Any alteration, tampering, or unauthorized editing of issued PDF documents or verification QR/IDs is illegal and renders the document null and void.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, syllabus structures, software interfaces, branding, logos, videos, digital certificates, and proprietary materials published on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of SWIZOSOFT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Termination & Portal Governance

SWIZOSOFT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, revoke active course access, or withhold certification without refund if a user breaches any terms of this agreement, engages in unethical conduct, or attempts unauthorized access to system infrastructure.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ankola / Uttara Kannada, Karnataka, India.
